Update line numbers, networks and b-boxes #64

I've checked networks with non matching line numbers and updated the line numbers for mostly added lines.

Also two network updates to add a new line in Cairo which recently got added to the google sheet and to re-add 3 lines in São Paulo that got a new network.

Finally two b-box updates to include some missing tracks.

After this only Berlin should mis one line (U4), but this line should reopen next month, so it doesn't make sense to ajust that.
