Two icon rows on the navigation bar (iPhone pro max series specific?)

I'm using iPhone 15 Pro Max here, I also get two rows when I enlarge the font in Piefed settings.

"Install PieFed App" button is missing on mobile

On iOS (Safari) the button seems to work. It shows the instructions "To addd this app to your home screen: 1..."

Also working on Android. I think that's good. Thanks.
