Gitnuro has a toggle button at the top of the diff view to switch between displaying the entire file or the default minimal context around changes. I really like that, because usually when I want more context I just want to see the entire file. As opposed to the buttons in the GitHub interface that incrementally display a few extra lines of context above or bellow a change, I find that to be much less useful. Of course, it's also possible to have both.
