Fast scrolling results in chaotic jumps / flickering in list views #144

When quickly scrolling through a long commit list or commit graph, at some point the smooth scrolling stops and the list items jump slightly up and down for a few seconds, which looks like flickering.

I can see that (mostly?) when using a touchpad.

I'd assume this is the same problem as described in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/work_items/6344 which I also regularly observe in Fractal. Maybe it is still worth tracking it here.
