對照內政部公佈的縣市改制直轄市資料 (高雄市、臺南市、臺中市及新北市)
http://web.moi.gov.tw/countyreform/download.aspx?typeid=1

已有的字詞,更新名稱並保留原使用率
例如: 三重市 2580 ㄙㄢ ㄔㄨㄥˊ ㄕˋ => 三重區 2580 ㄙㄢ ㄔㄨㄥˊ ㄑㄩ

未包含完整名稱的,則以新增的方式,取用相近名政區名稱的使用率,例如:
七股 10 ㄑㄧ ㄍㄨˇ
七股區 10 ㄑㄧ ㄍㄨˇ ㄑㄩ (新增項目)

刪除項目
-台中縣 13859 ㄊㄞˊ ㄓㄨㄥ ㄒㄧㄢˋ
-台北區 199 ㄊㄞˊ ㄅㄟˇ ㄑㄩ
-台北縣 23571 ㄊㄞˊ ㄅㄟˇ ㄒㄧㄢˋ
-台南縣 9627 ㄊㄞˊ ㄋㄢˊ ㄒㄧㄢˋ
-高雄縣 11054 ㄍㄠ ㄒㄩㄥˊ ㄒㄧㄢˋ
