WIP: Currently, the pyMuPDF dependency is version 1.25.5. This PR takes pyMuPDF to the latest version to date of 1.27.1.
The change impacts one file "python3-pymupdf.json" with 2 changes, one for aarch64 and the other for x86_64. Each has been tested manually and compiled/ installed by flatpak builder without apparent error, and worked as expected.
chore: update pyMuPDF (and MuPDF) to 1.27.1 #79

I note some changes have been made since my original git clone , flatpak build and install and testing. As requested above I will rebuild and test tomorrow,.

Thanks, @martin762green!
Glad to be of some assistance. I have no illusions - baby steps. Thank you for the opportunity. Had noted that during further testing last night "save as" was not working and after a quick check earlier today (with original pymupdf) was about to comment about that bug. Then I saw your correction and have just reconfirmed a working flatpak taken from your latest main repository an hour ago (the aarch64 ubuntu).
This is already a very useful piece of software and I am sure you have additional feature to add in good time. Will be happy to test if I am able.

PS: curious that the pymupdf library software no longer needed as a dependency. Is it because you are providing the functionality in Censor?

Great that it works indeed gain!, and thanks for testing.

No, the PyMuPDF dependency is still there. I just by mistake added another one, called PyMuPDFb, which was included in the flatpak but never used, actually.
