feat: add frame around pages with shadow and line #55

  • feat: add frame around pages: better accessibility, also for high contrast mode
  • refactor: move page frame in a box that allows for automatic horizontal
    and vertical centering; thus, no custom positioning calculation needed
    anymore, only simple scaling in few places only
  • refactor: make Page subclass of Rectangle, allows for easier usage
  • fix: add stroke of 1px to redactions to match stroke of final pyMuPDF redactions
