fix: fail to open documents for which redaction annotations cannot be added #234

If, for a document, redaction annotations cannot be added, then instead of letting the user apply redactions and later discover that saving fails (with data loss), already fail to open the document with an error message. Also added couple of more verbose UI error messages for potential opening errors.
