Does this work for simple user accounts instead of organizations? #1

While reading the readme, I saw that this required an organization name to transfer. I was wondering if a user is not part of an organization, can they still transfer on their own?

I feel this should be very doable and probably already is and I'm missing something.

I never tested this case, but I suppose it should work (but only public repositories of public organizations can be transfered by this way).

alright!

it would be helpful in future if you add the functionality of migrating an entire user profile from github as it is painful to do per repo manually.

i would contribute if i could but i have exams coming up.

good luck!
