456e7e8b95 recompilation
32c4d7322d now includes all Peter's changes but for one confusing passage. Need to write him.
d246cdffc3 got rid of exploit/explore labels,and for surrogate analyses organized code and changed the red dot visual characteristics.
9b65f5048b made a few comments in Peter's file for us to chat about
