Thanks for offering this PR but these steps are not documented since they are not required for a production usage, when following the steps, since ready-built files are provided.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
