Created a script for installation on a fresh SmartOS zone (image 23b267fc-ad02-11e7-94da-53e3d3884fe0, base-64, 17.3.0, 2017年10月09日).

It's based on the installation-ubuntu-16.04.sh script.

Sorry for my over-a-year late response and thank-you for offering this installation script but I think I'd prefer to keep available install scripts to fairly popular LTS-style systems, Like ubuntu LTS releases and perhaps CentOS, for ease of maintenance.
