Some fixes and updates needed to generate our website for codeberg. It is not finished but a step forward.

Some fixes and updates needed to generate our website for codeberg. It is not finished but a step forward.
This will not work until sphinx-basic-ng adds support for codeberg and
furo depends on the updated sphinx-basic-ng. Until then sphinx will
throw a bunch of warnings and not generate source links.

This LGTM as far as getting Sphinx sorted back out goes - merging. Look forward to seeing Jimmy or your next PR to work through more of the content link issues.

That said, don't think that needs to hold this PR back as its point isn't to go through fixing all this, but rather the Sphinx configs.
