Detailed description
In this PR we add support for BMDA making use of the ECP5-5G Versa board's FTDI interface to access its JTAG scan chain. This allows BMDA to at least scan the scan chain even if it doesn't fully work when the ispCLOCK is on chain as that needs support adding as a JTAG device with an unusual IR config.
