Detailed description

In this PR we adjust the default target sets for BluePill, F072, native and swlink platforms to adjust them for us running them out of Flash again as the size of the target support keeps gradually growing. This time, we drop support for Renesas parts from these builds as configured by their .ini's to reclaim some space.

LGTM

For anyone following along at home, renesas is still available in the native-uncommon.ini cross file.
