Detailed description
In this PR we introduce CI configurations and flows for doing builds of the project for all firmware probe platforms, and across all supported OS platforms to the best of our abilities on top of the Codeberg CI infrastructure. This replaces the GHA flows from GitHub to restore both the PR flow and the build-and-upload flow for doing per-merge build artifacts.
