Updated to dev 05539df90, tried "Redeliver" on my first comment, and sent a second comment. Delivery report looks like both got delivered.

Suggestion: include a paragraph for people who want to help, but they used bittorrent once a few years ago and are 95% clueless. (Like me.) Give them a rough idea of what they would need to do.
