Fixes #185

Collections appear to be known as Boxsets within the code. There is still more work to be done to full support them, as the movies don't appear under each individual collection, but this is the first step, getting the collections themselves to load in the UI. I'm happy to continue working on this to fully support collections, I just want to make sure the contribution is welcome and that I'm heading in the right direction here.
