Small ARC revisions shouldn't require entire votes, thus avoiding an unnecessary burden on the ARC Core Team. Instead, it is proposed to use lazy consensus, a mandatory period of feedback gathering time.

If no prohibitive feedback is encountered in the predetermined amount of time, the ARC revision is lazily approved.

As per the new guidelines, this MINOR revision would require a 7 day feedback gathering period. So here it goes, running until 2021年10月19日 AoE time.
