Allow QUALITY override in the environment
Supported options are 6 (FLAC, 16-bit), 7 (FLAC, 24-bit, up to 96kHz) and 27 (FLAC, 24-bit, more than 96kHz). These are upper limits and the default setting is 27, so this mostly useful for debugging. |
