Replaced the single ComboRow by one ActionRow, which opens
a Popover witn AdwWrapBox when clicked. This Wrapbox
will allow to select multiple formats.

This adds pycdio as a dependency, which is used to read album
and track information off the (if this is avaI had
to implement slightly dodgy parsing, so more use cases would
be nice.
Also fixed some bugs related to handling of awork in
offline mode.
