Updating the Spanish translation with the new stuff #111

As the title says, this PR is for keeping up the translation to the newest release.

I noted some strings aren't show translated, despite being present in the translation files. Maybe is a thing about imports or something. Just an advice: if any new files are added that add UI strings (be them .py scripts or .blp blueprints), please include them in POTFILES.in

BTW, I added a small text to help other translators to set up their own .po files. It may be flawed as I did that a long time ago, but it is better than nothing.
