 Add nav items into ul element 
The original article I used to design my main navigation was
 <https://css-tricks.com/navigation-in-lists-to-be-or-not-to-be/>.
However, I discovered that the information presented may not be a good
practice and the WHATWG specification on the nav element does not
actually discourage the long practice of using lists for navigation.
