svg is not considered as smolweb because it needs computation client-side. And many old browser do not accept this format

[bug/caching issue?] RSS Feed is empty although the user has public posts

I confirm the issue. On my instance 0.22.0-rc3+git-d40aefe it occurs on "user" accounts only. My account which is admin has a correct rss feed
