Rain happens too frequently #47

first of all thanks for this great game, I very much like that it feels more polished than mineclone even with less features! I look forward to seeing where it goes from here, it currently seems to me that it has the greatest potential to become a worthy alternative to Minecraft :)

I noticed while playing over the last few days (even just over the last 20 minutes really) that there is too much rain. It feels like it rains every 5-10 minutes, and since it darkens everything so much and happens so frequently, I don't enjoy it. I think this should be tweaked to be more rare, and perhaps also to not cause it to get so dark, since it sometimes makes it hard to distinguish from night time.

I’ve finally took some time to rework the weather system. I’ve made the rain much rarer. Statistically, it should now rain about 1/8th of the time, the rest it should be clear. In my development, the frequent rain was annoying me, too.

This now means rain can take quite a long time to occur now, but this is mostly because rain is somewhat annoying right now.

In the long term, I plan to do more stages of rain (overcast, drizzle, rain, heavy rain, storm), at which point I might make rain a bit more common again.
