Currently, jeweled tools with the "soft touch" ("gentle" tools) cannot obtain painted nodes (painted wood, painted bricks, etc.). They will drop as usual. But allowing to get the colored nodes directly would be useful.

I want soft touch to drop the painted nodes directly. Most work is already done in silktouch_paint branch, but several issues prevent me from merging:
