For me knowing the coordinates is very useful for planing buildings or knowing the layer where to mine.
Could you add tools allowing you to see your coordinates? Maybe a sextant (also it corresponds maybe more to pitch) and a barometer?

So bascially a simplified version of my orienteering mod.

Hmm, maybe? But needs to be adjusted (and polished) in Repixture style. The orienteering mod feels dated. But that’s not a problem.

Could add two tools in rp_nav. One for X/Z, and one for Y. But not more to keep it simple.

On the other hand, I’m slightly worried the XZ tool might be too OP because it allows you to see where you are at all times which would make the compass more or less pointless. The game is intentionally low-tech.

I think the altitude tool seems more "realistic" tho.
