Villagers should close doors, at least at nighttime #196

It doesn't make sense for them to be leaving the doors wide open when it's cold outside.

For implementation, maybe just make them close doors they go through when on their path to their bed. And consider when there are double doors, for them to check both and close them. That would probably be sufficient imo.
