Currently, the sign UI of signs does not take on the color of the sign if the sign was painted.
The sign UI should use the paint color.

It's not that simple. Unfortunately, I can't pick the actual color of the node, I only can get the palette index. The actual colors are stored in the texture file, which I cannot access.

A workaround would be to hardcode the colors, but this is pretty ugly.
