The way how to interact with villagers is a little odd. A normal rightclick means talking, and a rigthclick with trading book means trading.

I want to allow both with only rightclick (no trading book).

This should open a menu that shows both options (talking and trading) and it can be possibly extended with more features for the future.

Question: What to do with the trading book? Because it will no longer be needed for trading. Possible ideas: Track trading statistics, or unlock better trades.

Rightclick on villager now opens special menu where you can both talk and trade. The trading book still works as before and opens the trading menu. It now acts like a shortcut.
