Minor logic adjustments #29

• Added missing logic for Prison Egg's Challenge
  • Was added in v2.4, most logic was written for v2.3
• Excluded some locations that required more than 50% completion
  • Encore Mode's Challenge
  • SPB Attack's Challenge
  • Test Run's Challenge
    • Loading an addon is out of logic, so in-logic it should be excluded
• Excluded Ring the Racer's Challenge
  • Thought I already did this
• Nerfed Bowling Pin's Challenge
  • 10 minutes of tumbling -> 1 minute of tumbling
  • Might still be too much, keep an eye on it
• Fixed Mail's altered condition not being drawn properly on the Challenges board
