Sorry for a long wait! I worked hard nonetheless.

👾 So I did some major and minor changes, so +2 to major and minor version number. Changes:
- #d8f6b69 - Automatic web scrapping of last episode number and better file checking
- #744339c - Unfortunately alive-progress module couldn't survive my trials of working - maybe someday
- #cf05a0e - JSON file generated by DDJ.py (1 - 105 episodes)
- #367985c - Added .gitignore
- #6bb5afe - Added LICENSE
- #fd4d64b - Changes to README.md and other minor changes

- Unfortunately alive-progress does not work well with pyinstaller so I had to remove him from .exe file.
- #88150eb can create a DD.json by DDJ.py module!
  (DDD.exe will also create a DD.json file to proceed downloading)
- And because of that I needed to handle intact, corrupted and no file scenarios.
- Changed some variable names to make code more readable
- Other minor changers.
