This is a addition to the Air Drop toggle that adds two additional modes. Heavy Air Drop drops you to the ground and gives you a small boost upon landing. This is graet for the times you want to get landed fast. Fusion Air Drop allows you to use both airdrops at once decided by your button inputs. Accel+Brake does the Light Airdrop while only brake does the heavy air drop.

This reverts commit bdbf388072.
Reduce headaches about fastfall bounce by obfuscating its existence a decent bit
Pushes draw info as a Lua table instead of a set of integers, and also includes the new datafields
Sincerely hoping there's a valid reason this codebase is allergic to 64-bit integers like this
Too contentious of a mechanic to hardcode
todo: make holding brake before going airborne not activate heavy drop (maybe allow 2 ticks of leeway?)
