Hi Narsil,
I've added a config file for LibreWolf and a script to generate such a file from the regular user.js file, as LibreWolf uses defaultPref() instead of user_pref().

Thank you! I can close the pull request if you would like. Although, I don't believe LibreWolf supports "lockPref" which is in the mozilla.cfg repo, it only uses "defaultPref" as per https://librewolf.net/docs/settings/. But I suppose, one could just change "lockPref" to "defaultPref" if needed.
