(MacOS) Homebrew: Failed to download resource "phoenix-osx (202512231-1)"

I'm using https://codeberg.org/celenity/macos-settings and https://codeberg.org/celenity/Apple-Hardening Profile: Extended without Siri, however unsure if this is the root cause of the issue
