LilaZap
Tension-activated shock collar
What exactly is this supposed to do?
With the help of a load cell, a connected shock collar can be automatically activated if the tension is not within a certain range. The idea is to use this on consenting humans (or human-adjacent beings who are capable of giving consent, like catgirls), to facilitate Predicament Bondage.
Is this ready to use?
No. I cleaned it up a bit from a version I last worked on ~6 months ago. I think the changes I made don't impact functionality, but I don't know for sure.
Is the code pretty?
No
Is it safe to use?
No
Ok, but is it kinda safe to use?
Maybe. I haven't had any problems with it yet, but obviously that's no guarantee. Probably the most important thing is the lack of an authentication method to connect by BLE. So at the moment, anyone can connect to it and start doing nasty things to any connected devices.
Why upload it at all then?
So I can point people here who want to look at the code regardless of its current state. And because I hope to make it into a properly nice project, maybe with a build guide and stuff.
Ooooo that sounds cool, when will that be?
SoonTM
Why the name "LilaZap"?
I am more than happy to receive suggestions for a better name
Are shock collars legal in Germany?
I think so. My understanding of the law, is that the purchase and sale are legal, but the use on non-human animals is not. However, I am not a lawyer, and any use of this library is at your own risk.
