added icon set for light themes.

• The icon set is independent of midna dark. Has icons specially created for light color schemes (preferences, status, devices and apps).
• The icon size is 8,9 mb. Both themes 17,5 mb. In the future the light icon set will be reduce, because actually editing the index.theme doesn't work (inherits)
• Increased the applications icons to 1177 icons.
• minor bugfixes on Midna dark
