groups #41
Packages in main are not KDE, so telepathy will stay as name for this group.
There are some packages in apps with 'kde-telepathy' as group. Shall those be changed to 'telepathy'?
No, those are separate from the main telepathy group
What about changing 'kde-telepathy' to something like 'telepathy-example'?
Do you know where I can find infos about group names themselves? How can I know, why 'kde-whatever' is named 'kde-whatever' and not just 'whatever' or different?
Groups are named according to their base function, like network, office. If they are KDE/Plasma/Frameworks based, then kde is added (thus only the apps repo will have kde-xxxx).
If you like to use better/different base names, or find odd duplicates, please correct.
Hmm... group 'kde' means sth. like "miscellaneous based on or related to KDE" and not sth. like "elementary components of KDE" as group 'xorg' seems to be a "elementary components of X.org" group? It’s confusing.
