So fixing the OSM data did improve things (previously it was telling me to exit before there even was an exit). So thank you for pointing out the OSM error.

I closed navigation to screenshot and make this issue, and when I started it up again, my next turn is now further up the road, even though my route still crosses that point.
I've realized that this only happens when using "route from" and "route to" to make a route that does not start from your own location

I also got the reverse example, so it appears that the 2nd and 3rd exits are getting swapped somehow. The TTS was correct again, it said 3rd exit in this spot
Not sure if this is carplay specific or not, but at this roundabout, carplay showed exiting at the 2nd exit, but the TTS correctly said the 3rd exit. @Jordi I did not have that issue.
Is there a general guideline on whether or not a map whose title is a city should contain that city in the description?
