Actually, I can close it myself, now that I've seen all my comments have been addressed. project-any-command + adding repl as a GHCI flag has solved my issues!

@pranshu Can you give an example of using this to set haskell-ts-ghci values?

@pranshu In issue #55, you mention using directory local variables to automatically set haskell-ts-ghci and haskell-ts-ghci-switches when I enter a specific directory. How would that work?
