I noticed that the action list still showed "client: sign in / sign out / reconnect". I believe this is all that remains of the sign-in references.

(Note: I think crates/client is just for the old collaboration feature; separately I'm going to look at removing that and other things it ties to.)

I did remove crates/client at some point but ended up restoring it, but maybe at this point it's disentangled enough.
