* hardware.pica: deletes the previous convert, making convert2 the
 default
* fmt/zptx: simple texture format
* tools/Pica: init Texture (ZPTX) for native PICA200 textures
* demo/gpu: use the new zptx texture support (to test primarily)

* and rename `arm9_entry` to correct `arm9-entry`

* hardware.pica.shader: remove redundant `as` namespace
* horizon.services: more `csnd:CSND` progress
* horizon.services: init `dsp::DSP`

closes GasInfinity/zitrus#20
