Move rarely-used header items #282

However much I like Codeberg, one must acknowledge the fact that currently, the header is filled with items I never actually use.

Compared to GitHub, Codeberg's header is fairly bloated, featuring 10 items. That's too much.

Take a look at the attached screenshot. If anything, the majority of them should at least be moved into a dropdown menu, or removed.

Another thing: when I'm using Codeberg in a small window, I commonly have to expand the window, as the items I never actually use obscure the more relevant functions.

Here's GitHub's header. As you can see, it contains a very small amount of items. This makes it substantially easier to use.
