Buttons in the header are not always visible #235

When the page is between 760px and 1200px wide, some buttons on the header are hidden. This is especially problematic on tiling window manager. I think that header should switch to mobile view on wider page sizes than the rest of the page.

This is a known issue unfortunately, CSS fix overlapping the menu over the buttons (or some other "liquid" fix) as pull request highly welcome!
