hey :)
i've been trying to give codeberg a fair run, and recently i've tried to rename my git repo from temptura/temptura-server-nixos-config to temptura/nixos-server and temptura/temptura-infra to temptura/infra, and the moment i tried to do it the page hanged and then i got timeouted. no big deal, reloaded the page, but now the repo is in a some kind of "limbo" state where the git files seem to be renamed on the codeberg side but the repo data itself isn't renamed

i've made one repo in such a state public because it didn't hold any data anyway: https://codeberg.org/temptura/temptura-infra

when i try to rename it again it says this:

and when i try to create a new repo with this new name it says this:

I have the same problem. When renaming I got a 504 Error and now the old repo is showing no files and I can't create a new repo under the new name because I get the message that there are already files for that repo name.

I cannot fork a repo and even manual downloads fail
Codeberg is almost unuably slow in general

nice 62.00 KiB/s

error: RPC failed; curl 56 Recv failure: Connection was reset/s
error: 29797 bytes of body are still expected
fetch-pack: unexpected disconnect while reading sideband packet
fatal: early EOF
fatal: fetch-pack: invalid index-pack output

or

error: RPC failed; curl 56 OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 0
error: 47920 bytes of body are still expected
fetch-pack: unexpected disconnect while reading sideband packet

I also am experiencing the exact same issue.

I would very much appreciate a restoration if at all possible.

Also having the same problem with one of my repos. Any chance you can restore it?

- I broke https://codeberg.org/jsoref/docs by trying to rename it.

@jsoref You can try to rename again.

@miguelgrinberg @Iceman346 @ryanoatmeal @sophietelle I missed your comment, it's also fixed for you.
