I can't delete repo or create a new repo, and got an error:

Trying to add dependencies to an issue also generates a 500 error for me, as does trying to create an issue here

Same here. Cannot create a repo. Have a repo which claims to be present, but isn't viewable or deletable (suspect broken rename).
