Sign Up URL has typo: sing_up instead of sign_up.

This URL is not intended for public use, and has been the entry door for abusive mass account creation in the past. If this happens again we will have to replace it by randomly generated one-time URLs, in order to protect other projects and communities from spam and DOS attacks.
