register/sign up url got changed from sing up to sign up. Is this intentional? #765

According to #127, the "old" register/sign up url https://codeberg.org/user/sing_up is intentionally "sing up" to avoid bots and spammers, but now it result in 404 and the new url is https://codeberg.org/user/sign_up
Is this intentional?

If it's indeed intentional, how about adding a redirect from sing up to sign up to avoid breaking other sites links to codeberg's sign up page?

Haha, this is the best issue. Well, no, it wasn't intentional, but I have a guess why it wasn't applied during the last deployment.

Now the sing_up responds 200 and the sign_up, 404, so I think that issue is fixed.
