Resolves #25

User perspective

No changes from the perspective of an ecformat user.

Developer perspective

Update for REUSE (and the other linters in the project) and remove of the .license files which were only used as workarounds (see issue #25).
Furthermore, one security issues is newly detected by cargo-deny. I reported it upstream in respective dependency and ignored it for ecformat, as it is not critical for the project.

I [reported it upstream in respective dependency](https://github.com/Drakulix/simplelog.rs/issues/168) and ignored it for ecformat, as it is not critical for the project. 
I reported it there and it does not seem to be critical for ecformat.
