User perspective

You can now see in the README if the latest release of ecformat has all Rust dependencies up to date or not.

Developer perspective

The badge in the README shows the dependencies status of latest release and the badge in the Development.md shows the status for the main branch.
This should help to monitor the dependencies and if they should be updated before the next release (or if they are already updated in the main branch).
